What you’ll do

Provide expert legal advice across consumer law, commercial transactions, and regulatory frameworks for innovative consumer hardware, software, and services.

Lead on structuring, negotiating, and drafting complex commercial agreements, including partnerships and industry collaborations.

Monitor and interpret UK and EU legislation trends to help future-proof Vodafone’s offerings (e.g. Digital Markets, Green Claims, Accessibility).

Work cross-functionally with product, legal, and business teams to launch and manage P&S effectively across our global footprint.

Contribute to strategic initiatives and transformation programmes that enable Vodafone’s purpose-led and customer-centric growth.
Who you are
-
A qualified solicitor or barrister in the UK or another European jurisdiction with in-house or top-tier private practice experience.

Experienced in advising on consumer-facing products/services and independently handling complex commercial transactions.

A clear communicator with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels across legal and commercial audiences.

Able to balance multiple priorities and deliver pragmatic, business-aligned legal advice under tight deadlines.

Passionate about technology, customer innovation, and building a connected digital future.

What's in it for you
- Discretionary yearly bonus: 10%
- Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year

- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of which the first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
- Paternity leave: 16 weeks fully paid
- Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%.
