What you’ll do

Vodafone is transforming its marketing operations and creative ecosystem. The Marketing Operations Manager will act as a catalyst for change - playing a pivotal role in shaping and continuous optimisation of the transformation strategy and ensuring its successful execution.
To thrive in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the entire creative value chain - creative development & production gained in either client-side or network agency environments. Equally important will be your ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, building strong partnerships, and influencing stakeholders across Group functions and local markets.

Specific profile headlines:
You will bring 3-5 years of industry experience with a solid background in marketing operations and creative delivery. As an integrated marketer, you will thrive at the intersection of creativity, technology, brand communications and media. Experience in digital advertising and content production is essential. You should also bring curiosity and some knowledge in embracing technologies and tools for the creative value chain such as automation/AI.

  • Drive Marketing Transformation
    Act as a catalyst for Vodafone’s marketing operations and creative ecosystem transformation, contributing to shaping and continuously optimizing the strategy, while ensuring seamless execution.
  • End-to-End Creative Operations
    Work with the agencies and markets to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, enabling enable high-quality creative output in markets for the full creative value chain - from concept development to production, insights & learning implementation.
  • Digital & Content Production Excellence
    Lead the integration of digital-first approaches in advertising and content production, incl. digital creative quality measurement to drive effectiveness.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement
    Own track KPIs for creative and operational effectiveness, using insights to drive continuous improvement and deliver greater efficiency and impact.
  • Technology, AI & Automation
    Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance creative quality, improve speed to market, and optimize production workflows.
  • Cross-Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Build strong partnerships across Group functions, local markets, and external agencies to align priorities, influence stakeholders, and embed new ways of working.
  • Agility & Change Management
    Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability within marketing operations, guiding teams & markets through change.

Who you are

  • Strategic & Future thinking 
    Ability to contribute to shaping and implement a long-term vision for marketing transformation, while continuously optimizing processes to deliver measurable impact. Proven track-record of driving projects and creating impact through pragmatic problem-solving
    Marketing Operations Expertise – Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing operations, with the ability to design, manage, and continuously optimize creative and production workflows.
  • Digital-First Mindset
    Expertise in digital advertising and content production, with a focus on integrating digital-first practices and applying robust measurement frameworks to ensure effectiveness. (familiarity with tools like CreativeX/Vidmob beneficial but no essential)
  • Analytical & Insights-Driven
    Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and interpret KPIs, using insights to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.
  • Technology & Innovation Orientation
    Awareness and curiosity for emerging technologies, with the ability to work to apply AI, automation, and new tools to modernize creative workflows and accelerate speed to market.
  • Collaboration & Influencing Skills
    Exceptional ability to build trusted relationships across Group functions, local markets, and agency partners; skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders around common goals.
  • Agility & Change Management
    Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments, with proven ability to guide teams through change, foster innovation, and embed new ways of working.
    Overall: Highly organised, articulate and proactive. Passionate about digital, creative industries, and current social technologies.

Yearly bonus: 10%
