About this role

Location: Newbury
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Heads of Customer Commercial Excellence and Enterprise Solution Architecture within the Go-to-Market & Commercial function at VOIS. This role requires strong networking skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will act as a key point of contact across VOIS and partner teams, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient diary management.

What you’ll do

  • Manage diaries and commitments, ensuring meetings are well-prepared with agendas and relevant materials delivered on time.
  • Use sound judgement to prioritise and accept meeting requests.
  • Handle emails and correspondence, responding where appropriate or forwarding to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the creation of presentation materials for internal and external conferences.
  • Organise travel arrangements, itineraries, and associated approvals.Submit accurate expense reports promptly.Collaborate with other PAs to share best practices, maintain consistency, and ensure cover during absences.

Who you are

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experienced in supporting senior executives with complex schedules and priorities.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.Resilient and adaptable, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong influencing ability.
  • Confident and collaborative, able to build effective relationships and challenge appropriately.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible towards changing work requirements.
  • Understanding of VOIS/Vodafone Technology objectives and policies.
