About this role
What you’ll do
Lead deal structuring for key strategic opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, and Commercial/Legal teams to design pricing strategies and commercial models.
- Define and execute the VOIS pricing strategy, including vision and commercial roadmap, supporting growth and profitability ambitions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and stakeholders, promoting a culture of analytical thinking and continuous improvement.
- Conduct annual pricing refresh cycles, updating cost inputs, overhead allocations, and margin targets.
- Maintain accuracy of price tables, business logic, and outputs from standard pricing tools, ensuring alignment with the latest cost data.
- Monitor the performance and commercial impact of pricing strategies, recommending adjustments when needed.
- Lead executive-level financial reviews and contribute to client-facing commercial discussions during proposal stages.
Who you are
- Skilled in pricing strategy and financial/commercial modelling.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving organisational change.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experienced in business or project management, with effective stakeholder engagement skills.
- Significant background in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial finance, ideally within a global technology environment.
- Capable of advising senior leaders with credibility, backed by strong financial modelling expertise in Excel and sound accounting knowledge.
- Holds an MBA in Finance or a relevant professional qualification.
- Brings a commercially focused mindset, with the ability to balance agility and financial discipline.
