Product Owner, PAYG

Location:   London, Speechmark  (Blended home working)
Salary:  Competitive + Vodafone Benefits
Hours:    Full time (37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri)

 

The Mobile Propositions team is focused on rapidly growing Vodafone’s market share by bringing to market innovative, customer orientated propositions that embody our challenger spirit.  

 

The Product Owner for Pay As You Go will be responsible for delivering the PAYG product and payments roadmap whilst enhancing our current product experience.  They will be responsible for delivering exception e2e Customer experience, setting our PAYG payment strategy and working with 3rd parties to execute.

What will you be doing? 

 

•    Defining and prioritising product features, journey improvements
•    Ensuring stakeholders understand the compromises and constraints and providing recommendations on priority decisions
•    Manage product user journey design, ensuring a high-quality cross channel user experience
•    Manage the 3rd party relationships with the current and potential future Payment providers
•    Define and oversee future product requirements and ensure they are delivered
•    Oversight of the end-to-end customer experience of all PAYG product and payments processes.
•    Continuously monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to ensure the product remains a category leader.
•    Work closely with the propositions team on defining new and improving existing PAYG propositions.
•    Drive product governance and manage stakeholders

Who are we looking for?  

 

    Experience of working as a Product Owner/Product Manager
    Experience of defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products, and making data-oriented decisions  
    Expert understanding the product development and launch lifecycle
    Good understanding of eCommerce front ends and the interfaces with backend information systems
    Experience working in a matrix organisation and management of resources across the organisation 
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, supplier management and influencing skills
    Good presentation skills
    Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
    Creative thinker with a vision
