Join Us

At Vodafone, we’re not just shaping the future of connectivity for our customers – we’re shaping the future for everyone who joins our team. When you work with us, you’re part of a global mission to connect people, solve complex challenges, and create a sustainable and more inclusive world. If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.

What you’ll do

•    Own and prioritise backlog items across multiple delivery squads, ensuring alignment to agreed product outcomes, dependencies and sequencing.
•    Translate product strategy, goals and feature intent into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria that teams can confidently deliver against.
•    Co‑define, embed and continuously evolve Ways of Working with developers, engineers and delivery leads, shaping how teams plan, refine, deliver and review work.
•    Balance delivery speed with quality, operability and technical sustainability, making informed trade‑offs where required.
•    Lead and facilitate backlog refinement and iteration planning across squads, ensuring work is ‘ready’, well understood and aligned to delivery capacity.
•    Make day‑to‑day backlog, scope and sequencing decisions, escalating only where trade‑offs exceed agreed governance or impact broader product outcomes.
•     Act as the primary point of clarity between Product intent and technical execution, resolving ambiguity and reducing friction across squads.
•    Support alignment across squads to ensure consistent delivery approaches, shared standards and predictable outcomes.
•    Escalate feature‑level conflicts, risks or exceptions to the Senior Product Manager / Head of Product via agreed governance routes.

Who you are

•    Proven experience as a Product Owner working across multiple squads or teams in complex delivery environments.
•    Strong collaboration skills with developers, engineers, technical leads and delivery roles; able to work as a peer rather than a proxy.
•    Practical experience shaping, embedding and evolving agile Ways of Working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid models).
•    Comfortable operating in ambiguity, driving alignment and momentum without relying on formal authority.
•    Strong facilitation, prioritisation and decision‑making skills, particularly in multi‑team contexts.
•    Demonstrated technical product ownership at scale, owning and refining backlogs, translating feature intent into buildable scope and driving predictable delivery.
•    Systems thinking mindset, with an appreciation of re‑use, configurability, operability and the long‑term impact of delivery decisions.
•    Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security and external partners.
•    Experience supporting multi‑market or multi‑tenant delivery environments.
