What you'll do

 

The Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for managing the regulatory environment as it applies to Vodafone UK’s business.  The team represents the interface between Vodafone and external regulators (e.g. Ofcom, PSA, DMU) and is responsible for both representing Vodafone and influencing the regulators to meet Vodafone’s objectives. 

Of equal importance the team ensures that Vodafone UK internally understands its regulatory responsibilities and operates in a manner in accordance with its obligations under the General Conditions.  Internal stakeholder management at all levels within Vodafone UK is a key part of the team’s function. 

A particular focus of this role will be to provide support, advice and education to consumer and product teams on compliance with our regulatory obligations.  Regulatory Manager, Product & Consumer will be a regulatory specialist with understanding of the telecommunications products and services and the regulatory obligations, in particular Ofcom.  

  • Support the product and commercial teams to develop compliant products.  
  • Engage with Vodafone commercial teams to educate on regulatory obligations and developments.  
  • Support the regulatory team to engage with Ofcom and shape the policy agenda. 
  • Collaborate with wider team on projects that intersect across commercial product space
