What you’ll do
- Lead key corporate governance activities, including maintaining insider lists, drafting stock exchange announcements, and managing the dividend payment process.
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance developments, ensuring Vodafone remains ahead of regulatory changes.
- Manage and enhance internal processes and checklists, ensuring streamlined governance and compliance activities.
- Oversee share capital administration, including share plan transactions and director interest records.
- Support corporate projects, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and strategic initiatives.
Who you are
- A qualified ACIS professional with at least four years of post-qualification experience in a corporate secretariat function, ideally with a listed company.
- Strong technical knowledge of the UK Companies Act, Corporate Governance Code, and UK Listing Rules.
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to advise senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confident with technology, including Blueprint OneWorld, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
