What you’ll do
Our Home Portfolio team leads a portfolio of routers and services to support the Vodafone markets with their broadband offerings. These devices, like Ultra Hub 7, are our customers’ primary touchpoint with our broadband services, and therefore it is important we provide a premium and differentiated experience.
As a Senior Product Manager Home Connectivity, you will be building new home connectivity products in alignment with overall business objectives and key stakeholders, considering industry and customer trends, as well as Vodafone’s future strategy. In this role, you’ll be owning E2E product lifecycle for our connectivity products and
researching new technologies to further enhance our broadband product & propositions, with the aim to match the evolving needs of broadband customers. You’ll be responsible for development and growth of multiple products including but not only limited to:
FWA Hub - Vodafone’s first platform-based router for the fixed wireless access technology, aiming to bring uncompromised connectivity experience to millions of Vodafone customers
Vodafone Hub Platform – A unique platform based on the industry standards, which brings together selected features and enablers to Vodafone’s routers, unlocking the ultimate connectivity experience and allowing for rapid development of various connectivity products
This role will focus on
- Leading the strategic projects with the focus on developing, rolling out and scaling new connectivity products across different access technologies
- Managing the relationship with Vodafone markets and ensuring smooth executions of the Home Portfolio’s key commercial initiatives Supporting the Principal Product Manager Home
- Connectivity in developing vision and strategy for connectivity products in alignment with the overall business objections, taking into account the latest industry and market trends in the home connectivity area
- Ensure overall financial performance of the products within the home connectivity product portfolio to meet overall revenue growth objectives, implementing cost optimisations and making key investment decisions as needed.
The key responsibilities will include: - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and in-life optimisation.
- Focus on ‘total product design’ to ensure all E2E requirements are captured including quality, safety, regulatory and sustainability.
- Responsible for definition and implementation of the product requirements as well as for the platform functionalities and interfaces towards the end customer
- Operates at a higher vision and strategy level for an overarching group of products. Needs to align customer requirements and potentially consider segment level variations. Should consider broader customer thinking and requirements at a global and local level
- Capture, translate and own global customer needs into clear product capabilities and features or to optimise existing products.
- Partner with technology, procurement and delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality product
Who you are

- Ability to operate at the highest level within Vodafone to determine strategy plan and investments, interfacing with senior leaders across Group and OpCo’s but also externally with big tech players and partners, coaching and mentoring cross-functional multinational teams.
- Drives senior functional stakeholders to align with their product strategy and requirements. Highly proficient at managing global strategy and commercial requirements for a global product/s.
- Excellent knowledge across multiple products within a portfolio. Greater emphasis on cross-portfolio solutions and product linkages.
- A combination of strong commercial, business acumen and technical knowledge from a product standpoint, with the ability to bridge any gaps between the two.
- Ability to build regular innovation increments into existing portfolio solving direct customer needs.
- Enables the global vision locally, through alignment of the global roadmap strategy to the local business priorities.
- Excellent ability to influence and navigate in a highly complex environment, whilst maintaining entrepreneurialism and delivering strong leadership to the teams
