Role Title: Senior Global Product Manager - Logistics

Role Purpose...
We are on a mission to build a world class End-to-end solutions portfolio that champions customer experience, delivering innovative, integrated & comprehensive solutions designed for our target markets. Tracking Solutions are a key pillar in our strategy to provide our customers with the tools to gain new insight enabling them to create sustainable, efficient business with the safety of their people and assets at heart.

To realise our ambition, we are looking for tech-passionate leaders who will be translating customer needs into a robust, cost effective and scalable solutions. Based out of London with a global remit, you will drive new applications to market and build a customer centric, multi-segment asset tracking solution that is repeatable and serve our customers operations globally. As part of the end-to-end solutions leadership team, you will be accountable to:
- Define the tracking vision and strategy (~1-3 yr horizon) based on customers, IoT competitors, technology and market trends
- Use customer co-creation to foster an innovative “Solution design” mentality, ensuring customer’s needs and clear problems statements are driving investment decisions
- Define "Truly global" solutions to address specific usecase, across similar industries, customer types in a highly diverse footprint
- Define customer outcomes and product features by considering sales, delivery, operations, service, billing, capacity and performance
- Provide support for customer and sales opportunities about IoT Solutions and how it/they will address customer needs
- Effectively lead the market engagement process to enable input into the group solutions roadmap – with the objective to reflect demands, reduce costs and maximise investment across markets
- Create LRP Business case and prioritisation is undertaken for the product - with realistic assumptions and phasing that sets us up for successful in-year delivery, working with Technology to interlock on costs
- Create a clear set of CX outcomes, blueprints and solutions epics, capabilities and features covering the ‘what’ E2E (inc Technology requirements) defined as part of the NPD
- Create a partnership model that helps unlock the potential of working with the hyperscalers and tech providers
- Enable the solutions to the customer and measure success against the initial requirements, and ensure that these are aligned to the customer experience and that its meets the customer need and solves their problem 
- Broader solutions requirements are effectively managed, working with relevant teams where necessary on propositions & go-to-market, legal, regulatory & risk, security & data privacy compliance, product documentation, marketing assets and sales enablement

- Create an eco-system partnership that allows us to scale
- Define and maintain the target market and develop the 18 month solutions roadmap
- Define, track and then manage the end-to-end solution targets for market share growth, product revenues, margin and customer service performance
- Monitoring of the roadmap delivery is used effectively to identify commercial risk in NPD/in-life changes delivery and drive mitigation plans
- Defines new customer features, ensuring these are aligned to the customer experience and outcomes. Working with Technology to ensure technical feasibility
- Be accountable for the compliance of the solution to Cyber & Corporate Security, business resilience policies and standards through the NPD process and throughout the lifecycle of product/solution
- Be accountable for solution documentation, communication and awareness of the product, both internally and externally, and especially at the time of launch – working closely and with the support of the Go to Market team

It would be nice if you have...
- Strong background in Tracking and IoT solutions
- Experience with scaling new solutions
- Strong technical and commercial background 
- Experienced in customer co-creation and product design innovation to develop new products
- Skilled in reviewing product performance end-to-end; including market perception, channel ability to sell, channel ability to deliver and service.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security by default and by design principles and alignment to Information Security frameworks
- The gravitas to act as the expert for their product with credibility up to customer ‘C’ level and senior leadership team (SLT) level
- Appropriate experience in leading and motivating virtual teams and the ability to maintain the right balance between tactical and strategic activity.
- Agile product development and delivery experience (e.g. SAFe, Spotify, Scrum) and qualifications
