Senior Propositions Manager (Security)

Location: London, The Speechmark, Southwark (Blended working)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus and Car allowance
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs

The New Business Development team (a newly created team within Consumer) is focused on rapidly growing Vodafone’s market share and driving sustainable revenue growth by bringing to market innovative, customer orientated propositions that embody our challenger spirit.  

 

What will you be doing? 


You'll be responsible for the overall definition, development and implementation of our customer proposition and product strategy.  The products that will fall within this remit are focused on Security. Responsibilities will include defining key customer and market insights, target audiences, the proposition strategies to unlock these and the execution plan to make these a reality in the market.   

 

You'll also own the P&L, customer growth targets and customer experience for the Security products. You will also define and measure any relevant performance targets (operational and commercial) that underpin the propositions, products that input into these and the overall customer experience.  Responsible for managing and delivering large scale change into the organisation, you will take the lead on the more complex activities as part of the overall roadmap and insuring we are building digital first capabilities for every proposition.

 


Who are we looking for?  


•    Demonstrable, successful track record in Consumer commercial marketing (ideally from an online/home security background)
•    Proven leadership of building and managing high performing teams
•    Ability to lead and drive change especially in a digital (agile) environment
•    Budget and P&L ownership
•    Experience of strategic planning and commercial proposition development
•    Proven track record in consumer commercial / proposition or product development
•    Experience working in a digital first environment and or working within an Agile environment
•    Proven track record of managing complex roadmaps, associated budgets and other related resources
