What you’ll do
Working with the business to shape & implement the learning strategy in Networks, aligned with the 3-year capability plans and our strategic technology priorities. Collaborates with markets to identify and translate skill requirements into the learning strategy.
Establishing strong relationships with strategic partners, vendors and institutions to gain external insight and anticipate future skills requirements.
This global role requires in-depth knowledge & experience in the following skills:
- Radio Access: 5G Radio, Open RAN
- Fixed Networks: Fibre & Transport
- IP Networking, Core Networks
- Network Cloud, NaaP, SDN, NFV
- Network Security
- IoT
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to shape learning strategy
- Partner with Learning and Performance Business Partners and HR to define and validate requirements
- Establish skills assessment process in skill domains
- Own the Go To Market strategy to ensure execution of skills campaigns and business impact
- Ensure accountability in skill category design, development and deployment
- Create a compelling employee learning experience & monitor success of learning programs (quality, impact)
- Accountable for vendor selection, management, budget and quality
- Facilitate & host learning events direct to business
- Support technical enablement skills in B2B

- Influencer who will stand out in providing technical guidance and expertise in this skill domain area
- Depth of knowledge in specified skill domains listed above
- Applied knowledge of the full learning cycle
- Proven project management & organisational skills
- Stakeholder management, building relationships with sponsors, senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Excellent presentation, storytelling and facilitation skills
- Budget management
- English proficiency; Experience working at an international level
