As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. This role involves conducting research to identify potential candidates, utilizing various sourcing methods, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
What you’ll do
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and professional net-works.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candi-dates, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, and maintain accurate candidate information in the Appli-cant Tracking System (ATS)/ CRM.
- Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status, and assist in organizing and participating in recruit-ment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.
Who you are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Strong research and sourcing skills, with experience using various sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of current talent acquisition trends and best practices.
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Experience in a research-focused role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
