Salary:  Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours:  Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Vodafone has been preparing for the largest infrastructure change in the last 20 years that will see all traditional PSTN line and copper based broadband products migrate to new products and ultimately, fibre only access. Vodafone has a significant base of business customers that will be migrated onto new access products and alternative IP voice services. As the leader in IOT, customers will also take advantage of new approaches to meeting their connectivity and broader business needs.

What you’ll do

 

The role of the All-IP Product Manager encompasses definition and implementation of channel, segment (including, government and CNI) and use case specific products leveraging Vodafone’s broadband, unified communications and Internet of Things portfolios and infrastructure. Reporting into the Senior Portfolio Lead for WAN and fixed Connectivity you will also act as key interface into the All-IP migration programme tasked with executing on the product lead strategy and product end states. You will lead with sales channels and propositions lead to ensure that Vodafone fully exploits the opportunity for change that Customers have and to ensure that business case benefits are realised. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities and risks whilst also capturing customer and channel requirements plus prioritising these for development or resolution.

 

•    Working with strategy, propositions, commercial, channels, project management and other key stakeholders to ensure planning and execution is carried out successfully against the agreed goals and business case (although physical execution of migrations will be accountability of product lifecycle team)
•    Own the All-IP business case - ensuring necessary e2e governance and planning is observed to drive efficient product and proposition dependency delivery. Define and track KPIs and targets for market share growth, product revenues, margin and customer experience
•    Manage All-IP in-life related product developments and customer solutions ensuring good customer and channel communications. Key interfaces into agile development squads and the Product Lifecycle Management team accountable for customer migrations
•    Drive continuous improvement in the performance of the product solutions across CX, profit and revenue improvement opportunities.
•    Manage senior and other stakeholders in aligning prioritises and resolving issues that may prevent successful implementation of the strategy
•    The role might flex across different products depending on the learnings and evolution of the All-IP programme

 


Who you are  

 

•    Ability to work strategically, yet translate into tangible plans and deliverables
•    Extensive broadband and traditional PSTN service product knowledge, including understanding of how customers consume and exploit these products
•    Good understanding of UC and IoT products and how these can be combined to create complete solutions and basis for propositions
•    Experience with BT / Openreach products and the processes and systems associated with PSTN and new copper and fibre products
•    Good customer facing and presentation skills
•    Able to provide guidance and advice on the technology requirements, platforms, infrastructure and any other technical considerations
•    Able to resolving conflicting requirements / demands and understanding if or when to seek support via escalations
•    Graduate, with minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
