What you’ll do
The Customer Value Management Team is responsible for building trust and advocacy with our existing customers by engaging them at the right time, with the right support; driving deeper and more profitable relationships for Vodafone Business UK. We exist to steer the business in driving impactful and deliberate customer interactions and outcomes. Our objective is to relentlessly build brand love with our customers through personalized support and offers, as their chosen trusted partner.
You’ll work with us to deliver consistently outstanding marketing communications that drive engagement, customer satisfaction and commercial benefit within the Business base. This role specifically focuses on producing and executing marketing messages across multiple channels.

Key accountabilities:
- Produce and execute marketing messages across multiple channels (SMS, MMS, RCS, e-mail, OBC, push notification). Some communications will be written and produced in-house, others will be briefed and managed through CVM agencies. Brief creative resource and manage the campaign production process. Write engaging and informative briefs that clearly communicate the activity taking place and the desired response. Assess and manage the creative output of our CVM marketing agency and internal creative resource. Have a clear, considered opinion on the quality of the work providing actionable and structured feedback. Be creatively innovative and identify new opportunities to deliver compelling marketing executions.
- Produce weekly updates and regular activity reviews. Ensure all updates and proposals contain actionable insights, clear progress and a robust delivery plan.
- Ensure all activity reflects our brand strategy and tone of voice and that all communications are legally compliant and drive a positive response (careful management of call to action essential with clear focus on driving digital behaviours). Ensure Customer Experience is at the heart of all marketing activity generated.
- Ensure that all activity is relevant, timely and engaging. Identify and fix anything that is not delivering a world-class enterprise experience.
- Track and report on the impact of all marketing communications making clear recommendations on how we can further increase effectiveness and brand engagement. Test and learn in order to positively influence deliverability and customer impact. Drive a culture of continual improvement and optimisation.

The role is best suited to a confident person with excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, commercial acumen and someone who enjoys turning insight into action.

- Able to operate within a fast-paced, highly competitive and demanding environment. Strong project management skills are required in order to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines. Able to focus on priorities with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.

- Comfortable driving a ‘digital first’ agenda with understanding of how to maximise digital engagement and fulfilment.
- Comfortable taking a segment-based view when prioritising initiatives. Able to see and appreciate the ‘bigger picture’, thinking from both a strategic and operational perspective.
