Location: Newbury OR London (Hybrid)

What you’ll do
In this role you be part of a team responsible for Commercial management and performance for the Indirect Channel. The role will be responsible for working with Sales to define our commercial strategies and priorities across the segment. You will define tactical initiatives to drive performance, support with Partner relationships, and provide day to day commercial support and guidance to the wider teams.
- Commercial ownership of the tactical road map of activity for partners including pricing, promotions and initiatives and optimisation based on market and internal needs
- Own analysis of performance and contractual KPI’s, propose and negotiate new ones and support delivery on new business plans and contracts to drive the growth agenda.
- Support the definition of the Indirect Non-Mobile strategy and tactical activity across Fixed (WDSL, EWL & DIA), Unified Communications & IOT
Work with Indirect Bid team and take insight and turn into actions to drive commercial optimisations
Who you are
- Experience of the Telco Market with experience in B2B a preference
- Commercial acumen, applied thinking and analytical capability enabling the transfer from Data, to Knowledge, to Information
- Ability to influence both Directly and Indirectly with experience working with virtual teams in a matrix environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work at pace and with ambiguity
