What you’ll do
This role is responsible for managing critical business metrics, accountable for the definition and delivery of churn and retention strategies. The objective is to reduce churn whilst increasing base revenue, delivering consistent year on year improvement, beating the market and becoming best in class.
- Develop and deliver retention campaigns to improve Home Broadband churn, retained value and digital mix
- Work with the Home Broadband team to identify areas of opportunity for revenue and margin uplift.
- Create and run test & learn strategies
- Ascertain key insights from vast quantities of data, to enable data led decision making
- Work closely with channels to forensically understand performance and implement recommendations
- Develop accurate business cases and forecasts for new opportunities, working with finance as a key stakeholder
- Weekly/monthly forecasting of key KPIs
Who you are
Numerate and commercially minded. Proven ability to create & interpret commercial and financial analysis - financial modelling (Spreadsheet) is essential
Successful track record of driving commercial performance
Extremely competent relationship building and effectively able to influence senior management
