Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do
- Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth for the VeryMe Rewards programme
- Act as conduit to integrate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Use data and insight to ensure the continuous improvement and optimisation of commercial performance.
- Act as key point of contact for driving revenues through existing Monetisation partner
- Write comprehensive business cases to support new Monetisation initiatives and strategic decisions.
- Forecast revenue, costs, and profitability through commercial partnerships.
- Identify and develop opportunities for generating incremental upsell, cross-sell revenues
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Evaluate the performance of commercial initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance and progress to senior management.
Who you are
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial modelling software.
- Must have a good understanding of commercial partnerships.
- Broad understanding of loyalty landscape.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
