What you’ll do 


Supporting the delivery of a high quality digital features and journeys across eShop, managing Production Quality & Automation, Customer Experience testing and Omni-channel quality.

 

This role’s primary purpose is to analyse business scope, define test scripts, execute test scripts and manage bugs from user acceptance testing of new products and features launched across Vodafone’s digital channels (including eShop, eCare, My Vodafone app and other future digital channels).

 

This role will work closely with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that high quality digital products are delivered to our customers, providing a view on customer experience risks 


Main responsibilities :

 

  • Substantial ‘Hands-on’ Digital User Acceptance testing experience in fast paced digital front end Scrum teams
  • Experience in Agile Ceremonies and ways of working
  • Proven ability to develop and manage test cases/scripts, test criteria & procedures
  • Proven ability to develop and manage testing against Acceptance Criteria
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps in order to identify, document, track, and resolve quality issues and defects
  • Experience in testing journeys and user experience, pushing boundaries of scope to ensure a great customer experience
  • Experience in testing customer journeys as well as functional units
  • Ability to identify customer issues even when there are no functional problems

Who you are

 

  • Experience in UAT
  • Experience with Beta and/or User Testing
  • Ability to create User Journey Map
  • Experience in customer insight tools 
  • Have had experience within digital channels
  • Have sound knowledge and experience of working in Agile. 
  • Pro-active and goal orientated
  • Takes ownership
  • Excellent time management & planning skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills (both in managing resources up and down)
  • Excellent people skills – especially in diplomacy, advocacy and negotiating
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ideally hold a testing qualification
