What you’ll do
As a key member of the Go To Market team you will sit at the beating heart of the Consumer organisation, driving change and delivering innovation. You will be responsible for the launch & first 30 days performance of Consumer propositions & device launches aligned to the Vision to Value process. Working closely with the Mobile and Fixed marketing and commercial teams as well as the wider business, you will assist in shaping and delivering a diverse range of initiatives that will drive the business forward and impact Vodafone UK’s performance.
These initiatives will have an impact across a number of business functional areas such as technology, brand, customer operations, channel marketing, product management, regulatory & compliance, assisted channels and digital.
The Go To Market Specialist prime responsibility is to work with the cross functional team to drive the best customer experience and commercial performance. Your ability to motivate people and work cross functionally across teams to deliver is essential.
Key accountabilities:
- Support the definition and creation of working groups for each initiative as required to deliver the best customer experience and commercial performance.
- Produce a plan on a page for each launch and keep this updated with each workstream’s timelines, deadlines, and your own governance check points.
- Analyse and understand the business requirements to deliver the best customer experience across internal functional areas and any required third parties.
- Work effectively with customer-obsessed internal stakeholders, understanding and supporting their business goals.
- Support the cross-functional teams by developing a customer centric vision of successes and nurturing strong relationships and trust within the team – lead from the front, always confident and supportive.
- Identify all stakeholders and suppliers at kick off and constantly reassess through launch & first 90 days.
- Delivering simplification to the customer experience.
- Development and promotion of programme delivery best practice e.g. process, methodology, toolkit and behaviours.
