What will you be doing?  

 

The Fixed Propositions & Delivery team is focused on rapidly growing Vodafone’s market share by bringing to market innovative, customer orientated propositions that embody our challenger spirit.  

 

The Senior Propositions & Delivery Manager will be responsible for the overall definition, development and implementation of our customer proposition and product strategy.  The products that will fall within this remit are across Home Broadband and Voice. Responsibilities will include defining key customer and market insights, target audiences, the proposition strategies to unlock these and the delivery of these products and propositions through the Vodafone organisation and partners.

 

As the Senior Propositions & Delivery Manager, you are responsible for delivering the Home Broadband roadmap; working with stakeholders across Vodafone to deliver projects by; defining requirements for desired CX and MVPs to exacting standards, shaping solutions with technology partners and driving through e2e delivery in a Value Stream using SAFe Agile methodologies. The team works closely with the ‘Go-To Market’ team to ensure we land our launches with impact.

 

This is an exciting and broad role that provides the opportunity to work across the span of the fixed business. Who are we looking for? 

 

We will be looking for thorough understanding of the Consumer Fixed market, including working within a senior proposition and/or product role directly related to this market.

 

In addition, you will need:

 

•    Exceptional influencing skills, right up to Director level.
•    Track record of insight-led product or proposition changes, including flawless execution record where you put the customer at the heart of the change.
•    Experience delivering complex and multi-area impacting change programmes, with proven benefits delivery record.
•    Ability to champion the voice of your customer within the business to drive effective decision making.
•    A strong commercial mind, able to make clear recommendations on what to invest in and what to stop.
•    An excellent people leader, able to demonstrate ability to develop others and create high performance teams.
•    Experience working in a digital first environment and or working within an Agile environment.
•    Proven track record of managing complex roadmaps, associated budgets and other related resources.
