Salary:  Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours:  Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do

We are hiring for a Business Architect to define and model our target operating model for Business across people, processes, systems and data to support delivery of our long-term strategic goals. Within this role you will provide a blueprint for how Vodafone operates, connecting our business vision with the day-to-day operations and requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across Business, Technology, HR and Strategy.


The role will look to assess the maturity of our existing capabilities against the target model and prioritise transformational initiatives essential for achieving our Long Range Plan into a 5-year strategic roadmap that aligns with our budget constraints.


  • Responsible for creating & maintaining the Target Operating Model for VBUK
  • Responsible for business capability mapping in line with the 5-year strategy
  • Responsible for heatmap /gap analysis between the VBUK capabilities & strategic objectives
  • Responsible to develop the high-level transformation roadmap for the 5-year strategy, supported by high level investment cases
  • Define KSI for strategic transformation
  • Run governance to support the planning function to ensure we are delivering in-line with the 5-year targets (LRP)




Who you are

  • Prior Business Architecture experience, with past experience of process analysis and re-engineering, with the view to develop and introducing complex change
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose the root cause and measure success
  • Prior Telecommunications experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence & lead cross-functionally across all levels of the organisation, including technology functions
  • Prior experience within operational sales and service environments is desired
