Location: Newbury or London
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

Join us at the heart of Vodafone UK in Corporate, one of the central support functions that underpin our business and keep us moving forward. We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.
What you’ll do
Step into a dynamic 12-month opportunity where you’ll be at the heart of ESG data reporting, helping shape how VodafoneThree tracks and communicates its sustainability progress. You’ll be the go-to expert, ensuring data integrity and driving smarter decisions across the business.
- You’ll identify and gather key ESG data requested by internal and external stakeholders.
- You’ll become a trusted subject matter expert, reviewing and challenging reported metrics to ensure accuracy.
- You’ll spot opportunities to improve and automate data collection processes.
- You’ll produce insightful reports and analysis that support operational decisions and track progress toward targets.
- You’ll support the integration of VodafoneThree data and help rebaseline targets where needed.
- You’ll contribute to the delivery of VodafoneThree’s annual impact report.
- You’ll evaluate current reporting tools and introduce new software solutions where appropriate.
Who you are
- You’ll bring experience from a reporting function within a large, complex organisation.
- You’ll know how to build strong relationships and support cross-functional teams under pressure.
- You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- You’ll have experience delivering data in compliance with regulations and external assurance standards.
- You’ll hold an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent.
