Hybrid
We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

- Ensure full compliance with planning policies, statutory consultees and regulatory obligations throughout the acquisition and planning lifecycle
- Maintain strong governance around Health & Safety, ensuring all partners operate in line with corporate policies and legal requirements
Who you are
You’re an experienced delivery professional with a strong understanding of RAN site acquisition and planning. You’re confident navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders and driving progress in a fast-paced, multi-partner environment.
You bring both technical understanding and commercial awareness—ensuring solutions are practical, compliant and deliverable.
- Proven experience delivering within RAN deployment programmes, managing multiple suppliers, contracts and site portfolios
- Strong technical knowledge of site acquisition, planning processes and site design principles
- Experience managing acquisition risks and navigating regulatory frameworks, including planning policy and statutory requirements
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, commercially viable and achievable
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams, senior stakeholders and external partners
