Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do

You’ll step into a truly career-defining opportunity, helping to shape the future of the UK’s largest mobile network as VodafoneThree brings together strengths, talent, and ambition to create something exceptional. In this role, you’ll turn bold ideas into reality—leading the delivery of high-impact consumer programmes that elevate customer experience, drive growth, and create meaningful business outcomes.

  • You will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-priority consumer programmes, ensuring they align with commercial goals and deliver real value to customers
  • You will bring teams together across Commercial, Technology, Customer Experience, and Operations, creating clarity, alignment, and momentum to deliver seamlessly at scale
  • You will design and lead robust delivery frameworks, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to keep programmes on track
  • You will translate proposition ideas into clear, actionable delivery plans, partnering closely with proposition and technology teams
  • You will navigate complex programme environments, coordinating multiple initiatives and ensuring smooth delivery across both transformation and BAU activities
  • You will collaborate with external partners, building strong, accountable relationships to deliver integrated and high-quality outcomes
  • You will engage and influence senior stakeholders, confidently communicating progress, shaping decisions, and managing expectations
  • You will lead and support a talented delivery team, creating an inclusive, high-performing environment where people feel empowered to grow and succeed
  • You will champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every delivery enhances the overall experience and contributes to key metrics like NPS and journey quality

  

Who you are

  • You bring strong experience delivering consumer products or propositions in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environments
  • You have successfully led large-scale, cross-functional programmes with clear commercial and customer impact
  • You understand the consumer mobile or digital landscape, including customer behaviours and market dynamics
  • You are comfortable working in Agile or digital-first environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • You combine commercial awareness with strong decision-making, confidently balancing priorities and trade-offs
  • You build trusted relationships and can influence senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • You have experience managing delivery roadmaps, dependencies, and budgets
  • You lead with empathy and accountability, creating an inclusive environment where teams can perform at their best
  • You are degree-qualified or bring equivalent professional experience
