What our HR & Finance team do?

Our HR and Finance internships give you the opportunity to discover how two of our most essential business functions operate behind the scenes.
In HR, you’ll support the team in driving our people agenda, from contributing to development programmes and culture change initiatives, to helping shape local HR policies, communications, and annual cycle activities that impact all employees in Vodafone Luxembourg.
In Finance, you’ll work with our FP&A team to understand how we measure performance, support key commercial decisions, analyse variances, evaluate supplier financial health, and contribute to reporting that drives Vodafone’s strategic direction. Across both areas, you’ll explore real business challenges, gain hands on experience, and support teams that keep our organisation running smoothly and effectively.
