- Support Audits & Inspections: Define and manage documentation retention policies to meet local legal requirements and Vodafone’s internal standards, supporting both internal audits and external authority inspections.
- Manage Regulatory Administration: Handle all administrative and filing tasks related to customs declarations, trade licensing, and regulatory reporting across Vodafone’s diverse product lines.
- Monitor Legislative Changes: Stay ahead of evolving customs and trade control legislation, providing timely insights and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure continued compliance.
- Shape Internal Policy: Develop and maintain Vodafone’s internal logistics policy framework, aligning it with corporate standards and external regulations for transportation, customs, and trade.
- Drive Standardisation: Promote process consistency across markets and support the use of standard category terms for logistics services sourcing at both Hub and Local Market levels.
- Lead Strategic Analysis: Conduct logistics baselining for route and network planning, including cost of goods (COG), distribution network design, and cost modelling.
