What you’ll do

Join our team and become a vital part of our mission to deliver exceptional operational services for all employees and managers. In this role, you will be a key player in enhancing employee experiences, providing vital support across HR matters, and driving innovation within our HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC).  You'll have the opportunity to directly influence the employee experience by managing critical "moments that matter." Your contributions will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture. You’ll not only support day-to-day HR operations but also take charge of innovative projects that redefine how we work. This role offers the chance to learn and grow, with potential leadership opportunities in international mobility and reward systems. Be a trusted partner to employees and managers, owning key HR processes and working closely with local and global teams to bring about meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

HRS Support:

  • Be the local Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HR services.
  • Take pride in offering a first-class HR service by liaising with the HRSSC team and providing proactive feedback, ensuring seamless support during key employee lifecycle moments.

Reward & Payroll

  • Act as the account manager for our payroll provider, Securex, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
  • Become the International Mobility (IM) champion for the local market, managing global assignments and overseeing reward initiatives such as pensions and redundancy support.

Innovation and Change

  • Drive the local implementation of global process improvements and digital transformation initiatives, including electronic signatures and lunch vouchers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the future of work, delivering digital experiences that improve efficiency and elevate the employee journey.

  • HR Systems Experience: Familiarity with HR systems is essential for success in this role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is essential (written and spoken).
