With a diverse team of over 400 employees, we are committed to connecting for a better future by maintaining trust, empowering people, and protecting the planet. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and services that drive efficiency and excellence across Vodafone’s global network. We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment where every team member can make a significant impact.
What you’ll do
Vodafone is on an exciting journey to transform and commercialize its shared operations (VOIS), aiming to provide a wide range of services both within and outside the Vodafone Group. VOIS is becoming the largest service provider across Vodafone Group and will be commercially and contractually managed by OneSCM.
As part of a small, dynamic team in VPC, your role will be to drive, orchestrate, and coordinate this major transformation from a OneSCM perspective. You will work across our local markets, VPC teams, and VOIS. The team has already developed and implemented a new commercial service contract (“MSA”) in a standard form across approximately 40 local markets and Group entities, covering around €1.5bn/year worth of services based on initial commercial models.
You will drive the commercial evolution of VOIS services by orchestrating re-solutioning and re-negotiation activities across local markets, VPC categories, and VOIS. You will manage overall activity planning, monitoring, and governance within OneSCM and between OneSCM and VOIS. Additionally, you will centrally develop and execute amendments and enhancements to the MSA on behalf of markets, support and oversee the bulk contracting of new service “waves” under the MSA, and define and implement a commercial contract management solution, including digital tools with VOIS as a service provider on behalf of markets. You will initiate and oversee the implementation and adaptation of standard OneSCM tools and processes for VOIS as a supplier (e.g., PO process, savings, and CMS principles and reporting). Furthermore, you will manage global benchmarking of VOIS services across markets with external benchmarkers, act as a central point of two-way escalation between OneSCM and VOIS for MSA commercial and contractual matters, and help facilitate knowledge sharing and activity mobilization across OneSCM as part of a central expert team.
