What you’ll do

Ignite Impact as a Brand Champion for Vodafone Procure & Connect
Step into a pivotal role where strategy meets storytelling. As a driving force behind the Vodafone Procure & Connect brand, you will lead initiatives that position us as the trusted partner for global procurement and connectivity solutions. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver marketing programs that strengthen our reputation, deepen trust with existing customers and partners, and attract new business. Your work will resonate across our ecosystem - customers, partners, and suppliers - building lasting relationships and driving growth.

What You’ll Own & Deliver

  • Shape & execute marketing strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies that drive business growth and respond to market trends.
  • Champion the Procure & Connect brand: Ensure consistent brand positioning and unified visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Create compelling content & tailored messaging: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing assets and targeted communications for diverse audiences.
  • Lead strategic campaigns: Design and execute integrated campaigns that highlight our solutions and thought leadership.
  • Deliver memorable experiences: Plan and manage partner and customer events that build relationships and reinforce our brand.
  • Inspire & lead: Mentor and guide your team, fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.

Who you are

  • Telecom & Procurement Savvy: You have a sharp understanding of the telecom, procurement, and connectivity landscapes—plus the competitive forces shaping them.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You turn market insights into bold, measurable marketing strategies that drive real business impact.
  • Collaborative Influencer: You thrive in global, matrixed environments—navigating complexity and engaging senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Brand Advocate: You’re passionate about building brands that connect. You know how to craft customer-centric experiences that leave a lasting impression.
  • Exceptional Communication: Whether it’s a pitch, a post, or a presentation—you communicate with clarity, impact, and style.
  • Academic Foundation: Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally in B2B within complex, international environments.
