For the role of Fixed Access Performance Expert we are looking for candidates a with a broad range of skills.

The responsibilities include:

  • Automation tasks to deliver volume information reports and dynamic executive dashboards. Automation of network activities (Tool Data Extraction, etc.) in fixed service platforms by use of scripting or other BI Tools (PBI, QLIK)
  • Ownership of In home reports (CPEs KPIs) to deliver accurate information & deviation analysis.
  • Capacity management of fixed service platforms to guarantee the best performance to our customers over all access technologies (HFC, FTTH, XDSL, Wholesale) and specially focus on CPEs Performance (Wifi KPI’s, etc….).
  • Implement the KPI requested by the Fixed Access Engineering teams when necessary. (Dashboards, deep dive analysis, taskforce, etc.)
  • Coordination with DOSS departments to collect data to improve customer service.

What you bring: 

Experience in automation tasks with scripting, BI Tools, GCP environment, etc

  • Experience in manage huge reporting data with python, GCP, QLIK, powerBI, o 365 environment.
  • Project management skills and ability to work in a team and project-oriented organization.
  • Knowledge of telecoms technologies specially Fixed Access Networks (HFC, FTTH, XDSL, Wholesale) & especially focus on Home equipment (CPE, ONT & MTA)
  • Strong capabilities for teamwork.
  • Fluent in English
