For the role of Personal Assistant we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. 
The responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders inside and outside Vodafone.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate, and ensuring follow-up on critical issues.+
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate documentation.
  • Organize and support technical meetings, team events, and customer engagements, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Provide ad-hoc project support to enhance departmental efficiency and foster a positive, collaborative working culture.
  • Offer support to other Heads of the organization on equal terms, according to business needs.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role supporting senior leadership, ideally in technology or engineering environments.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with C-level executives, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at the highest organizational levels.
  • Experience in event planning, technical meeting coordination, or board/trustee support is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom), with strong skills in tools used in engineering environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a technical and dynamic setting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior leaders and technical experts.
  • Experience managing complex travel and event logistics.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Independence and proactivity in your work, within international and dynamic teams.
  • Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and confidence to challenge constructively when needed.
  • Experience in multicultural and international teams is a plus.
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced level of English; other European languages (Spanish, German, Italian) are an advantage.
