Specialist Digital Transformation

The Enterprise Business Unit has set up a Transformation and Processes Unit, which will be focused on the definition and execution of the projects that will take it from the current as is to a future ready situation. The main project that been launched so far is “Transformation Project”, that looks for a total redefinition of the B2B sales and operational processes. However, this role will participate as well in other different projects or initiatives that will be launched in the Transformation and Processes team.

All this transformation will be done in an Agile manner just to be able to deliver the maximum benefits in the shortest period of time.

 

In this framework, the Specialist Business Management and Processes is a key agent for making this transformation to be successful by:

  • Actively participating in the projects’ squads, logging decisions, making sure the right program progress is achieved.
  • Keeping the overall project and program goals’ view visible to the teams and their progress.
  • Working with the management team to define and execute the project and program strategy.
  • Tracking the program plan, identifying dependencies between squads and other projects and keeping dependencies under control and tracked.
  • Identifying the main risks and proposmitigation actions.
  • Producing Senior Management slides and reports, keeping the team up to date and aligned.
  • Executing e2e testing whenever is needed as a qualified user, know.
  • Produces project plan control and keeps it updated.
  • Collaborates to produce the program and project strategy.
  • Identifies dependencies and does the risk log tracking.
  • Identifies risks and proactively proposes a mitigation plan.
  • Produces status reports, senior management slides and KPIs in order to support decision making.
  • Does e2e testing as a qualified end user.


What you bring:

  • Risks realization ratio.
  • Good knowledge of the sales and support processes in a business to business environment.
  • Experience in business, marketing, customer value or sales analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills, with the ability to influence and update teams.
  • Strong grounding in traditional project management practices.
  • Experience in complex organizations or projects.
  • Good understanding of the business capability / user journey, wider organizational goals, and desired product business outcomes.
  • Understanding of both the current Telco and digital services and emerging trends.
  • Degree in Business, Information Systems or other related field.
  • Expert in excel and powerpoint.
  • Certifications or training in traditional Project Management practices as PMP.
  • Agile certification or training in Scrum or SAFe.
  • Salesforce knowledge would be desirable.
