What you’ll do
Join Vodafone Business as an IoT Global Service Architect and help shape the future of connected enterprise solutions. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be at the forefront of strategic and complex IoT opportunities, guiding global clients through service assurance and operational excellence. You’ll lead pre-sales workshops, contribute to bids and proposals, and support contract negotiations, ensuring every service element—from billing and logistics to SLA design—is tailored to meet customer needs. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences, identify service development opportunities, and influence the evolution of our global IoT service catalogue. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, service revenue, and Vodafone’s position as a global leader in IoT.
Who you are

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 6–8+ years of experience in corporate service design, management, or operations—ideally in a large service provider or outsourcing environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL (minimum Foundation V4) and proven operational knowledge.
- Expertise in commercial models and the ability to design profitable service solutions.
- Experience working across diverse teams, both direct and virtual.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and telecom networks (Fixed, Mobile, 3G, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Strong consultancy skills for customer engagement, requirements analysis, and service design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and Outlook.
