Your contribution:
For the role of Team Leader Finance Operations we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include:
- Audit and Statutory accounts management, coordinating all the audit processes and requests, assuring deadlines are met, providing all needed explanations and details to assure a successful audit.
- Internal controls review and improvement proposal.
- Assure proper vendor management, being key interlock among different stakeholders, reviewing escalations and assuring resolution of issues together with root cause problem solving and establishing improvement actions.
- Continuous improvement actions over existing and new processes, reviewing in detail current processes, proposing and implementing optimization of the process and connecting with other teams for possible automatizations, being responsible for the final implementation.
- Support to accounting team when needed, in case of overload or ad hoc queries, doing the job as needed.
- Assist the follow up of AR statements and ageing.
What makes you stand out:
- University degree in business administration or similar with strong accounting knowledge.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance or audit department.
- IFRS16 and Spanish Local Gap knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Problem solving capability and ability to prioritize and take decisions
- Sense of urgency
- Desirable previous experience in Telecommunications sector.
- Spanish and advanced level of English
