This Discover Graduate Program 2025 I Spain is for role of:
- Learning & Development
This role will deliver working with the L&D Lead a world class learner experience for VOIS Spain with a major focus on people capability including functional, soft skills and leadership interventions. Be responsible for driving L&D projects.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Design all types of learning solutions.
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.
- Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development.
- Work with the L&D Team to design a wide range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes.
- Facilitating learning interventions where needed.
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
- Promotion and drive an online, digital culture.
- Have Knowledge about Spanish Learning institutions and its procedures.
- Develop a one stop shop for learning.
- Have a robust evaluation process in place.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- Good Understanding of Technology landscape
- Self-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences in order to build rapport, support the learning agenda.
- Knowledge about Spanish Learning institutions and its procedures.
- Partner closely with business for relevant, high quality Program Management of large-scale learning delivery of learning programs
- Strong Admin skills.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- L&D Certification
Ideal background and requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree or on track to receive one in 2025 (with a degree in a field related to the open roles);
- Maximum 2 years of working experience after the completion of your studies;
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Demonstrate creativity, adaptability and intellectual curiosity, the ability to analyse problems and offer outside of the box solutions
- People with high motivation and a mindset that can transform the business with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Proactive mindset, self-learner, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personality
- Curiosity and passion for technology, how things work and the future of digital
- Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions

Step 1: Application form. When you apply for the Vodafone Discover Graduate Program you will be asked to fill out an application form. This allows us to get to know you and your background of experience. Make sure you attach your CV in English.
Step 2: Online assessment. If your background and experience match the requirements, you will be invited to participate in our online assessment. This allows us to assess if you are the right fit for the Vodafone culture. Online assessment stage is in English and includes a recorded video interview and gamified cognitive ability tests.
Step 3: Virtual assessment center/interview. The most successful candidates will be invited to participate in our virtual assessment center which includes activities/interviews.
