About this Role
What you will do
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements for new or evolving products, services, and processes.
- Convert functional and non‑functional specifications into clear, structured user stories for the product backlog.
- Define and compile business requirements to support a wide range of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams throughout the lifecycle of each user story by clarifying requirements and supporting solution understanding.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with system structures, operational processes, and broader organisational goals.
- Contribute to maintaining quality standards by validating requirements for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility.

- An individual with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- A collaborative communicator who can translate business needs into structured documentation.
- Someone with the ability to understand system design, operational flows, and process interdependencies.
- A professional capable of supporting cross‑functional teams in a changing and fast‑paced environment.
