About this role

We are seeking an experienced corporate sales professional to manage and grow a defined portfolio of high‑value business customers within the Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) environment. This role focuses on end‑to‑end ownership of sales opportunities, from identifying and qualifying demand through to negotiation, closure, and ongoing relationship management. The individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consistently achieving agreed sales targets while working collaboratively across internal teams.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of a defined portfolio of top corporate accounts, acting as the primary commercial contact.
  • Identify, qualify, propose, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities in line with business objectives.
  • Manage customer requirements to support accurate and timely proposals and contract completion.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring a minimum coverage of four times the assigned sales target.
  • Develop strong internal networks with Inside Sales, Mission teams, and cross‑functional departments to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
  • Share best practices and insights with colleagues to support collective team performance.
  • Execute sales activities in line with OPCO tools, processes, and governance standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of TNPS and customer experience goals.

Who you are

  • A proactive, customer‑focused individual with a strong results orientation.
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Experienced in B2B sales, with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience.
  • Knowledgeable about the telecommunications industry, market dynamics, and strategic products.
  • Highly organised, with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
  • An effective problem‑solver who applies innovative thinking to address customer and business challenges.
  • Confident in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
