For the role of Specialist Finance Operation we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of tax submissions (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income tax, …)
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Compliance with controls
  • Checks accuracy of accounting entries and ensure that MEC (month end closing) is in accordance with the statutory / group reporting requirements.
  • Collaborates with support teams in FSS India and Budapest to ensure the accuracy of recordings and compliance with established closing deadlines;
  • Proposes process improvements to ensure increased quality and efficiency for team deliverables;
  • Support on the preparation of financial statements for the assigned company, and maintains the relationship with internal / external auditors;
  • Group certifications

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Finance or Accounting
  • Min 3-4 years in finance or accounting. (Experience in Big4 is a plus)
  • Certified accountant or equivalent international qualification preferred
  • Very good command of Spanish and English language (verbal/written)
  • Background in multinational companies, preferred.
  • Experience with SAP (FI, CO modules)
  • IFRS and local GAAP knowledge
  • Coordination skills
  • Project management skills (desired)
  • Teamwork skills
