Role purpose:
Act as a commercial partner on key strategic product by understanding key KPIs, providing insights on product health and identifying key opportunities and risks to lead on acceleration actions and projects.
Be the commercial expert for your portfolio by managing, tracking and where required, identifying, propose and implementing corrective action to ensure achievement of VBGP&S €1,200m+ annual revenue DB.
For the role of Specialist Portfolio Commercial Mgr. we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include:
- Provide and present regular commercial analysis and insight for the VBGP&S Director and SLT to drive portfolio decision making with the VF Business CEO and ExCo.
- Monitor & forecast Portfolio KPIs, identify risks and root causes, then identify effective recovery/acceleration actions.
- Act as a leader within the business by identifying key opportunities and propose cross-functional recovery and/or acceleration actions to ensure Business Case/DB execution & removal of revenue and/or cash blockers
- Engage with and influence stakeholders, including Directors and Senior Leaders, to identify and support revenue/margin initiatives to achieve DB targets and YoY growth expectations
- Be an advocate of Digital adoption, leading on simplicity and automation. Proven knowledge of KPIs definition and analysis to report across business.
What you bring
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience in using data to gain underlying insight, evaluate trends, determine cause-effect relationships, and provide insight
- A record of accomplishment in building and developing strong internal relationships, and direct and indirect influencing.
- The ability to lead on the execution of targets and plans and experience in driving change/improvement in matrix organisation
- Advanced level of English
