For the role of Software Engineer we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include:
• Develop microservices using the Spring Boot framework and the IntelliJ IDE, as well as AWS lambdas in Python.
• Manage different AWS services such as API Gateway, SQS, Lambdas, Elasticache, Cognito and SNS at the developer level.
• Work with multiple applications using a monorepo in Github. • Optimize application performance, reusability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with the team by reviewing code, identifying improvements and best practices, sharing your knowledge, and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Cooperate with Frontend Developers, Scrum Master, Product Owners, Testers, Infrastructure Engineers, and other roles that are part of the Agile team.
• Regularly research new technologies and/or innovative ways of working

• Being part of agile implementations and efficient utilisation of CI/CD solutions for iterative delivery and automated solutions

Must Have:
• Strong experience of Java 17 or higher (3+ years) and Spring Boot framework.
• Use of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Knowledge of working with Kubernetes or Docker is desirable.
• Proven experience of unit & integration testing frameworks. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, SonarQube, Github.
• Knowledge of messaging queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Understanding of AI models, agent configuration, and everyday use of LLMs.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog APM.
• Knowledge of databases: SQL and NoSQL.
• Code quality control through PRs.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
