The Specialist Transformation MSH will be responsible for supporting the delivery of tangible of benefit to our users and customers and business via analysis, delivery, implementation and adoption of change to our business capabilities as part of our Vodafone Business transformation portfolio. They will also support the ongoing improvement in our transformation capability, leveraging our key spirit behaviours.


Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Carry out and support key activities within one or more transformation disciplines (Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Business Change and Agile delivery) as part of a programme team delivering change into the organisation
  • Engagement of stakeholders across disciplines, throughout the delivery lifecycle to assess and design the change to work practices
  • Building relationships with business subject matter & IT experts to collaboratively deliver change in our capabilities aligned to business outcomes
  • Facilitating & supporting sessions with the business stakeholders to define key transformation deliverables.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the chapter skillsets in the transformation team and wider organisation


What you bring:

  • Experience in sales/CRM or Digital transformation within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in application of one or more key transformation disciplines (Improvement e.g. Six Sigma, Analysis, Change e.g. ADKAR, and Agile delivery)
  • Good facilitation skills, with experience working within multi-disciplinary virtual teams
  • Stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving, and ability to drive through to resolution
  • Collaborative working within a matrix, across multiple functions and global locations
  • Agile methodology and approaches to delivering outstanding customer experience and business value
