Your place in the team 
Pega Always-On-Marketing (AoM) is a marketing automation platform helping marketers orchestrate next-best-action strategies in real-time across each stage of the customer journey. It provides a single place to easily design, build, execute and optimize multi-offer and omni-channel campaigns, enabling 1:1, consistent & contextual communication with our customers.
The Marketing Campaign Analytics & Testing Expert carries out the necessary functional & regression testing activities to ensure we are delivering the right offer to the customers at the right channel & format and at the right time. He/She has an in-depth understanding on the required business outcomes and works on creating & running specific test scenarios to test the “resiliency” of the existing logic. He/She monitors, analyzes & tests the marketing decisioning logic for best results and meanwhile works in close cooperation with all members of the AoM Team.

 

You will be involved in the following tasks 
•Design complex positive / negative test scenarios to ensure the optimal operation of the decisioning framework
•Functional testing of newly developed/modified offers in cooperation with AoM Decisioning Experts
•Regression testing to ensure no impact of existing functionalities in strong cooperation with the AoM Decisioning Experts & AoM BA
•Build and execute test campaigns to simulate and validate certain outcomes
•Responsible for the daily monitoring (schedule/launch/delay) of already existing campaigns in strong cooperation with AoM Platform Engineer & AoM BA
•Be able to provide confirmation on realization of Business Scenario raised by Business Owner
•Prepare & carry out show & tell sessions for Business Owners to validate the decisioning logic for specific activities (if necessary)
•Support Business Owners in understanding operational Decisioning queries (e.g. why certain customers received certain communications)
•Monitor & examine strategies & provide ideas for optimization (both from business & AoM performance point of view)
•Able to carry out routine configurational tasks in Pega Marketing (eg. proposition & treatment modification)

We are looking for you if you have 
•Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
•Fluent written & verbal English
•SQL development skills
•2+ years experience in marketing and/or data analytics and/or business process modelling and/or UAT testing
