What you’ll do

You will join the HR team supporting Network Strategy & Engineering, an international function of approximately 3,500 employees across more than 10 countries.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, supporting them in day-to-day activities with a strong focus on HR process support and people analytics.
In particular, you will:
•    Support key HR processes (performance & talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review)
•    Support people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward)
•    Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetings
•    Contribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisation
•    Collaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs)
•    Support ad-hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes

Who you are


•    You are curious, well organised and eager to learn quickly
•    You have good communication and collaboration skills
•    You are interested in understanding how HR decisions support the business
•    You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data and numbers
•    You feel comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment

Requirements
•    University degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fields
•    Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with additional tools is a plus.
•    Fluent in both Italian and English
•    Interest in HR, People Analytics and complex organisations
•    Previous experience (internships, thesis, project work) in HR or analytical roles is a plus
