Purpose of the role: 
The purpose of the role as Backend Tech Lead is to oversee the development and implementation of backend systems, provide technical leadership to the team, and ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that meet business objectives.

 

Main Responsabilities:

• Analyzing business requirements and translate them into technical tasks
• Refactoring and maintaining existing software
• Defining and implementing solutions to new business needs
• Mentoring Juniors colleagues
• Keeping technical governance of initiatives and being able to relate with business
• Sharing knowledge during cross team activities

 

Minimum required skill set, knowledge, and experience:

• Advanced knowledge of Java and SpringBoot
• Advanced knowledge of Container technology (Kubernetes, Openshift)
• Deep understanding of Microservice Architecture and knowledge of main patterns
• Good knowledge of Version Control System (Git) and build tool (Gradle)
• Good knowledge of AWS services (IAM, EC2, EKS)
• Basic knowledge of IaaC (Terraform)
• Basic knowledge of Redis and MongoDB
• Basic knowledge of Kafka
