Job Objectives

  • Being responsible to deliver key COPS business insight to implement strategic and business improvement initiatives
  • Challenge evidences from different data sources and conclusions to test robustness of data and business consequences
  • Ask the questions nobody asks on numbers/evidences to challenge the status quo and to contribute to CeX improvement and cops digitalization
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Together with planning team
    • Grant COPS KPI/Data maintenance/assurance
    • Manage the transition to new common data platform

The ideal candidate for this role will have

  • Excellent analytical mindset, high attention to  detail and desire to make improvements;
  • ​​​​​​4-8 year working experience in marketing, sales or Customer operation;
  • Ability to kindly but firmly set expectations, contributions and timing in a dynamic environment also with indirect reports
  • Support proactively when contribution is not aligned to expectations to bring home final target
  • Comfortable with pressure and short deadlines
  • Comfortable with “liquid” organization
  • Fluency in written and spoken both English and Italian;

Education and experience

 • Degree in Economics/Engineering
