Role Description:

 

In the role of E2E Monitoring Specialist you will be responsible for creating reports and analyzing data, relating to the business processes that enables the sale and provisioning/delivery of our products/services. The objective is to collect and analyze data using specific tool, in order to understand the performance of the main KPIs, highlight trends, models and aspects to support stakeholder decisions (Sales, Marketing). The role requires interfacing with intra-functional teams (Finance, IT) 

Main responsibilities:

 

• Creation and sharing of reports/dashboards to monitor the sales funnel and the delivery process of cross-segment Business products;
• Carry out dedicated analysis to identify trends/search for any inefficiencies by promoting continuous improvement of internal processes and tools;
• Facilitate internal and interdepartmental governance, by optimizing the production and sharing of reports/dashboards on Business KPIs

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

 

• Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (Microstrategy, PowerBI, Excel)
• Knowledge of the B2B market and processes to support sales and provisioning of core and innovative products
