Role Purpose

Inside Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team (VBTS) the candidate will be a key figure to support operating teams’ evolution with a data driven approach. He/she will lead a specialized team with the common aim to improve systems, processes and tools to achieve automation/simplification.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

•    Design and develop a data-based approach and guidelines to keep always under control main assurance indicators
•    Coordinating the proactive analysis and anomaly detection
•    Process Automation definition on assurance workflows
•    Tool and system definition requirements across Enterprise Operation
•    Oversee H&S process and partner audit 
•    Analise products in terms of Cyber Security compliancy according to ISO standard-based frameworks
•    Big Deal service model definition
•    Demand, cost control and savings thanks to optimization

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

•    Proven Skills and experience (at least 5 years) on automation processes
•    Experience in data analysis scope
•    Data driven mindset and change driven approach
•    Understanding of basic programming

Must have technical / professional qualifications

•    Team management experience
•    Experience in process management and  Assurance processes
•    Experience on Machine Learning algorithms (VIPATH, BLUEPRISM)
•    Experience on AI and ML and their application 
•    Experience on Business Intelligence software (Power BI, Tableau, QLIK, CELONIS)
•    Experience in budget management
•    Engineering Degree is a plus

Key performance indicators

•    Candidate will share main team’s KPIs regarding service assurance
•    He/she will be responsible for incoming issues reduction
•    He/she will be responsible for cost saving thanks to automation and new software develop
