HR Services Senior Specialist VST

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Services Senior Specialist who will be accountable for delivering a wide range of HR services, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting both employees and management in all HR admin-related matters.

It’s going to act as HR Services single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.
 

Chi sei

• Proven experience in Payroll management, HR Services, HR administration or similar role. An experience in a multi country environment could be a plus
• Familiarity with HR softwares (SAP, Success Factors,…)  is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills and attention to details
• Ability to handle confidential information 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

• Degree 
• Very fluent in English and Italian
• 5+ experience in similar roles
