Role Purpose

The candidate will join the IT Customer Value Management (CVM) team, within the Information Technology department and will be responsible of designing integrated digital solutions in a challenging and international IT ecosystem, with focus on processes and systems involved in Digital Marketing area. He will also be the technical and functional reference of some of the system directly managed in the area (Campaign management, NBO, Real Time Marketing, Digital Customer Interactions, Rewarding Platform, DMP, CDP).

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Responsible for the architectural design of the new digital solutions of the area
  • Governance of outsourced Suppliers involved in the area providing supervision and guidance to developments
  • Technical responsibility of the developments and on-going support of CVM systems (resolving technical problems as they arise)
  • Collaborate strictly with Operation teams in order to assure the best E2E service to the final customers
  • Manage the activities assigned to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timelines with high quality and in an Agile work environment.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • Experience of at least 3-5 years in design complex integrated solutions
  • Skilled in REST/SOAP APIs and JSON protocols (familiar with CSM API model)
  • Experience in Cloud base solution design and developments (AWS and GCP preferred)
  • Knowledge of the most common data integration technologies  
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Deeper knowledge of complex enterprise environments (Telco market preferred) and BSS systems
  • Experience in design and development digital solutions for final customers
  • Previous experience as Software Development engineer preferred 
  • Preferred Knowledge of some of the Campaign Automation tools (HCL Unica, Pega, Airship, Acoustic, ..)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Key performance indicators: 

  • High quality delivery of the solutions designed 
  • Cost optimization of the solutions (reduction of the opex cost/cloud costs, etc.)
